We have 1150 acres for lease in Dougherty co. on  the Mitchell co. line about 5 miles south of Albany on Hwy. 19 that we will be breaking down into 3 different hunting clubs. All memberships will be $1300 each. We have a 320 acre club and a 350 acre club that we will be putting 5 members on each of them and a 485 acre club that will have 7 members. Very nice property, lots of deer and turkeys. Woods consist of plantation type pines, hardwoods, and creek bottoms. Nice woods to quail hunt on also. We will be providing all seeds and we will do all the food plot planting on all three tracts. There is a metal building that is approximately 600 sq. ft. that has power, water, and sewer for overnight stays. There is also camper hook ups as well.
